    My MIL order us a large bouquet with chocolates and "flowers by us" sent us what they could instead of what was purchased. When I called the store the woman told me I told them I didnt have it but they say just make something if you can't complete the order you should tell them that and have another business do the order if you are incapable of doing your job.
